Cabinet dissolves chambers of commerce boards ahead of elections

Ammon News - The Cabinet, during a session held on Wednesday and chaired by Prime Minister Jafar Hassan, decided to dissolve the boards of directors of the chambers of commerce effective September 27.
The decision comes ahead of elections to be held in accordance with the relevant legislation.
The Cabinet also tasked the Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply with submitting the names of members of the chambers’ interim management committees to the Cabinet.
