Ammon News - The Traffic Department at the Public Security Directorate announced that, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, a new "Report a Violation" service has been made available through the Sanad application. The service enables citizens to electronically report traffic violations, unsafe behaviors, and other traffic-related observations they witness on the roads easily and conveniently.
The Traffic Department emphasized that the identity of the person submitting a report will be kept strictly confidential. It said the launch of the service is part of efforts to leverage digital services to facilitate communication with citizens, enhance road safety, and enable them to help monitor behaviors and practices that pose risks to road users.
The service can be accessed by logging into the Sanad application, selecting "Report a Violation" from the Quick Access menu, completing the required information, and submitting the report.
The department added that the service is part of national awareness efforts aimed at promoting safe traffic practices and the proper use of roads.
