Facebook, Chat and E-mail Made Simple with Nokia, Zain in Jordan

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Nokia, the world leader in mobile communications, in collaboration with Zain Jordan, part of the Zain group, the leading mobile operator in the Middle East and Africa, have announced a great proposition for users who rank messaging services such as chat, social networking and e-mail as must-have features on their mobile device.

For 175 JDs, users can now purchase a Nokia E5, the latest addition to the popular E-series line, exclusively from Zain and receive a free 300 MB data package free for 3 month and a Zain 5 line with a 3 month free subscription to communicate with 5 super numbers.

The offer, which is available for a limited time period – will provide customers with access to e-mail, chat, internet and all the social networking sites. Also, during the month of Ramadan, the Nokia’s Ramadan applications will be uploaded on the new Nokia E5 upon purchase.

Designed for those that want to be productive in both their professional and personal lives, the Symbian-based Nokia E5 boasts a full QWERTY keyboard, 5 megapixel camera and A-GPS, together with free lifetime navigation service and access to Ovi Store. The new Nokia E5 is available exclusively at Zain retail outlets.

Zain Jordan Acting Marketing Director Umama Sarayrah said that launching this service is in line with the company’s aim to offer the best and latest features and services to its customers. “We always seek to tailor our services based on our customers’ needs and meet their changing requirements in a way that would facilitate their daily lives” said Sarayrah.

Nokia messaging is an easy to set up and simple to use push e-mail service which allows users to mobilise up to ten personal e-mail accounts on one device. It supports all leading consumer e-mail solutions including Gmail, Windows Live, Hotmail and Yahoo! Mail and also supports corporate email services such as Mail for Exchange and IBM Lotus Notes. An additional benefit is that users can easily access all their Instant Messaging accounts to chat with friends on popular services such as Windows Live Messenger, Yahoo Messenger and GTalk.
