Ammon News - External Patrols Department crews responded on Thursday to an overturned cargo vehicle on the Azraq-Zarqa road, in the area opposite Azraq Camp, heading toward Azraq.

The department said the accident caused a partial disruption to traffic on the vital main road, prompting field crews to intervene to organize traffic and facilitate the movement of vehicles.

External Patrols noted that police and field crews are currently at the scene working to remove the obstacles caused by the overturned cargo vehicle and tow it away from the paved roadway in coordination with the relevant authorities.

Technical and police teams are working to fully reopen the blocked lane to ensure smooth traffic flow and prevent any traffic buildup or congestion along this key route connecting several governorates.
