Ammon News - The number of government service centers has increased to 16, distributed across the Kingdom's governorates.

The first center was established in Amman's Muqabaleen area, offering 177 government services through 28 institutions.

By the end of July, the total number of transactions completed at these service facilities reached 6,237,377 across the Kingdom.

Overall, the centers recorded an average waiting time of 5 to 10 minutes, while the average service delivery time ranged from 10 to 20 minutes.

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship recently inaugurated its sixteenth government service center, located in the King Hussein Business Park.

This initiative is part of the ministry's efforts to implement the public sector modernization roadmap and the Economic Modernization Vision. The center offers 163 services provided by 26 government institutions.

In a statement, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Sami Smirat, emphasized these centers' importance in providing "integrated" government services to citizens, in accordance with the "highest standards of quality and efficiency." The minister noted this vision is achieved by consolidating services of numerous government institutions in a single facility, which reduces the time, effort, and cost for service recipients.

He stated these centers are "distinguished" by their extended service hours, offering "greater flexibility" for visitors and enhancing access to government services throughout most of the day.

As for their policy, Smirat added that these centers rely on "continuously" measuring and surveying customer satisfaction to improve services, enhance performance quality, and elevate the citizen experience.

This effort, he noted, aligns with the government's directives to strengthen the efficiency of government services and facilitate access.
