Ammon News - A military source at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces–Arab Army stated that air defense systems intercepted and shot down three out of four Iranian missiles targeting the Kingdom's territory. The fourth missile landed in a remote area in the south of the Kingdom, far from populated areas.
The source indicated that the incident resulted in no casualties or material damage, confirming that Royal Engineering Corps teams immediately began securing the missile's impact site according to established technical and security procedures.
The source emphasized that the Jordanian Armed Forces – the Arab Army – continue to monitor the Kingdom's airspace at the highest level of readiness and will deal firmly with any threat targeting the Kingdom's security and the safety of its citizens.
