Jordan condemns Iranian attacks on Kuwait, Bahrain

Ammon News - Jordan on Wednesday condemned the blatant Iranian attacks against the sisterly State of Kuwait, describing then as a flagrant violations of Kuwait's sovereignty, a threat to its security, stability, and territorial integrity, a dangerous escalation, and a clear breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs reaffirmed Jordan’s full solidarity with the sisterly State of Kuwait and its support for all measures Kuwait takes to protect its sovereignty, security, and the safety of its citizens and residents.

Also, Jordan strongly condemned the Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain, describing them as a blatant violation of Bahrain’s sovereignty and a threat to its security, stability, and territorial integrity.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Ministry of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs described the attacks as a dangerous escalation and a flagrant violation of the principles of international law and the Charter of the United Nations.

The ministry stressed Jordan’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Bahrain, affirming its support for all measures taken by Bahrain to defend its sovereignty, safeguard its security, and ensure the safety of its citizens and residents.
