Ammon News - The Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) on Wednesday issued a directive requiring all personnel working in the food delivery sector to obtain official health certificates proving they are free from infectious diseases.
The JFDA stated that the measure is vital to guarantee that food is handled, transported, and delivered in strict compliance with approved national health and safety protocols governing direct contact with consumable goods.
The administration added that it is actively launching comprehensive regulatory inspection campaigns to monitor compliance within the delivery sector. These enforcement efforts are being executed in close coordination with the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC), which has been formally requested to circulate these mandatory health guidelines to all relevant delivery service operators and platforms nationwide.
