Ammon News - The Eastern Military Zone thwarted, at dawn on Monday, an attempt to smuggle a quantity of narcotic substances carried by electronically guided balloons along its front line.
Border Guard units detected the materials, dealt with them, and shot them down after they entered Jordanian territory, in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department.
The seized materials were referred to the relevant authorities to take the necessary legal measures.
