Ammon News - The Southern Military Zone thwarted, early Sunday morning, two attempts to smuggle large quantities of narcotics using two drones along its western border within its area of responsibility, in coordination with military security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department.
After the drones were detected by border guards, rules of engagement were applied, and they were shot down inside Jordanian territory.
The seized narcotics were handed over to the relevant authorities.
