Ammon News - Under Royal directives, the Jordan Armed Forces on Thursday dispatched a mobile bakery to the sisterly Republic of Lebanon through the Jaber Border Crossing to help meet daily needs in the affected areas.

The mobile bakery consists of two trucks equipped with the latest machinery and technical systems, with a production capacity of approximately 3,500 loaves of bread per hour.

The initiative comes as part of Jordan's humanitarian efforts to stand by its Lebanese brothers and sisters and provide various forms of support and assistance under all circumstances.

In recent months, Jordan has carried out several humanitarian and relief initiatives for Lebanon. The Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization dispatched six land convoys comprising 130 trucks loaded with food, medical, and relief supplies.

Jordan also expressed its appreciation for the efforts of the Syrian authorities in facilitating the passage of humanitarian aid convoys to Lebanon.
