Ammon News - The Eastern Military Zone thwarted at dawn on Saturday an attempt to smuggle a large quantity of narcotics loaded with electronically guided balloons.
Border Guard units, through surveillance, were able to detect and deal with the balloons, dropping their cargo inside Jordanian territory in coordination with security agencies and the Anti-Narcotics Department.
The seized items were transferred to the competent authorities to take the necessary measures.
