Ammon News - The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced on Thursday a temporary outage affecting the National Contact Center’s services from 8:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
In a press statement, the ministry said the outage is due to scheduled technical updates to the National Contact Center’s systems as part of its ongoing efforts to develop digital infrastructure.
It added that the updates aim to improve the quality of services provided to citizens and enhance response efficiency, ensuring a better user experience.
The ministry noted that contact center services will return to normal immediately after the updates are completed.
