Ammon News - A team of 100 Italian chefs gathered in London to cook and assemble a record-breaking tiramisu measuring 1,445 feet long.

A Guinness World Records adjudicator was on site at Chelsea Town Hall to confirm the massive dessert broke the record previously set by an 897-foot-long tiramisu made in Milan, Italy, in 2019.

Mirko Ricci, who organized the London attempt, previously held the record in 2017, before it was broken in 2019.

The finished dessert contained about 2.2 tons of mascarpone cheese, 50,000 ladyfinger cookies and more than 3,000 eggs.
