American Chamber of Commerce elects new Board chaired by Judeh

The American Chamber of Commerce in Jordan held its regular General assembly meeting, which was attended by members of the Assembly.

The meeting showcased the Chamber’s financial report in 2025 by the auditor, alongside reviewing the administrative report which includes the Chamber’s key achievements in the past year.

Discussions were also held by the Assembly regarding future plans and directions for the upcoming phase.

The newly elected Board was authorized to appoint a certified public accountant by the General Assembly.

During the meeting, the Chamber’s Board of Directors for the 2026 – 2030 term was elected by acclamation.

The Board of Directors was formed as the following: Jordan Wind Project Company (represented by Samer Judeh), Advanced Vehicle Trading Company (Tareq Tabbah), the Leading vehicles Co. – Abu Khader Group (Nicolas Abu Khader), Al-Tamimi & Company (Khaled Al-Saqaf), Citi Bank Jordan (Noor Jarrar), Adnan Khudari & Sons Trading Company (Ahmad Khudari), Classic Fashion Apparel Industry (Sanal Kumar), Nafith Logistics (Noura Mihyar), and Jordan Bromine Company (Samer Asfour).

The new administrative body held its first meeting, with Samer Judeh being elected Chairman of the Administrative Board. While Tareq Tabbaa was elected Vice president and Treasurer.

Furthermore, Khaled Alsaqqaf was also elected as Secretary.

The General Assembly expressed its appreciation of former members of the Board of Directors for their efforts during the past period, wishing the new Boards success in their duties through the upcoming phase.
