New update to Sanad app enables offline document access

Ammon News - The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship announced on Wednesday the addition of a range of new services and enhancements to the Sanad application, aimed at making daily use easier and faster for citizens.

The ministry stated that the updates include the ability to access documents even without an internet connection using fingerprint authentication, as well as a service for inquiring about and paying verification fees related to the Greater Amman Municipality.

It added that the app now offers a comprehensive package for vehicle license renewal, including licensing procedures, payment of fines, and insurance all within a single service helping simplify processes and save time and effort.

The ministry also explained that the update includes improvements to passport services, with clearer requirements, in addition to enhancements in displaying the cancer insurance document.

It further noted that social security data display has been updated on the main screen, making it easier to access information.

The ministry confirmed that the new update will be mandatory to ensure optimal app performance and to provide users with the latest services.
