Ammon News - Hundreds of students enrolled in a language academy in Amman were shocked to find it closed after registering for courses worth thousands of dinars.
The academy ceased operations without refunding the students or providing prior notice, and it failed to complete the agreed-upon courses.
Students confirmed they were given official receipts documenting the large sums paid to the academy, which prompted them to visit the academy to recover their money, but they were unable to do so due to its closure.
Numerous complaints have been filed against the academy and its owner by students and their families with the relevant authorities at the Public Security Directorate.
It is worth noting that the academy had recently promoted itself widely through advertisements on social media platforms.
