Ammon News - Jordan national taekwondo team delivered a strong performance on Monday, capturing four medals on the second day of the Fujairah International Taekwondo Championship, a two-star event on the international calendar.
Jaafar Al-Daoud led the charge by clinching the gold medal, while Zaid Halawani added a silver. Further success came through Zaid Mustafa and Mahmoud Tarawneh, who each secured bronze medals.
The Jordanian showing at the championship was further bolstered on Sunday when Fadia Kharfan claimed gold in her category at the same competition.
