Ammon News - The Jordan Meteorology Department (JMD) warned of the risk of frost formation in the late night hours over high mountain peaks.
It stated that the weather on Saturday morning would remain cold and partly cloudy to occasionally cloudy, with a continued chance of light rain showers at intervals, particularly in the western and northern parts of the country, until the evening. Winds would be moderate westerly, becoming occasionally active in desert areas.
At night, the weather would be stable and colder in most areas, with low-level clouds and fog forming over the mountain peaks, plains, and some desert regions. Winds would be light southwesterly.
The JMD also warned of reduced horizontal visibility at night due to fog formation over the mountain peaks and some desert and plains areas.
