Ammon News - The Public Security Directorate (PSD) has warned citizens of the expected weather conditions over the coming days, as the Kingdom is affected by a low-pressure system accompanied by rainfall and strong winds that could lead to flash floods in some areas.
The PSD urged the public to exercise caution, avoid low-lying areas and valleys due to the risk of flooding, and drive carefully to prevent skidding. It also emphasized the importance of securing objects that could be blown away by strong winds.
The Directorate stressed the need for the safe use of heating appliances, close supervision of children, regular ventilation of homes, and turning off heaters before sleeping.
