Ammon News - An Israeli army spokesperson reported that an Israeli soldier and a civilian shot a settler after he was suspected of attempting to stab soldiers at a gas station in the Kedumim area, located between Qalqilya and Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Initial investigations indicate that the suspect, an Israeli citizen suffering from a mental disorder, approached the soldiers while carrying a knife, prompting them to open fire, according to Ynet.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and the suspect was transferred to a hospital, where his condition was described as moderate to serious.
