Moderate weather conditions forecast countrywide - JMD

Ammon News - The weather across the Kingdom, on Friday, will be generally mild, with some high-altitude clouds appearing, particularly over southern regions. Winds will be moderate and easterly, occasionally becoming active and raising dust, especially in desert areas.

According to the Jordan Meteorological Department’s report, similar conditions are expected on Saturday, with mild weather prevailing and some high clouds visible. Winds will shift to a moderate southeasterly direction.

On Sunday, temperatures will rise slightly, with mild conditions continuing across most regions, and slightly warm weather in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba. High clouds will remain present, and winds will be moderate and southeasterly.

Monday’s weather will remain generally mild in most areas and slightly warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba, accompanied by high clouds and moderate southeasterly winds.

Temperatures in East Amman are forecast to range between 27 C and 16 C, and in West Amman between 25 C and 14 C. In the northern highlands, temperatures will be around 25 C to 14 C, and in the Sharah highlands 24 C to 11 C. In the desert areas, temperatures will range between 29 C and 13 C, while in the plains they will hover around 28 C to 16 C.
In the northern Jordan Valley, temperatures will range from 34 C to 19 C, in the southern Jordan Valley 33 C to 24 C, at the Dead Sea 32 C to 22 C, and in Aqaba 33 C to 22 C.
