Regent visits tomb of founding king Abdullah I

Ammon News - His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Al Hussein, the Regent, on Sunday visited the tomb of the late King Abdullah bin Al Hussein to mark the 74th anniversary of his martyrdom.

During the visit, the Regent recited the al-Fatiha and laid a wreath at the tomb. Upon arrival, he reviewed the guard of honor as the "final return" tune was performed by a military band.

His Royal Highness Prince Mired bin Raad, Chief Chamberlain at the Royal Hashemite Court, along with heads of government authorities and senior civilian and military officials, also visited the tomb. They recited the al-Fatiha and placed wreaths in tribute to the late king.
