Ammon News - The Southern Military Zone, within its area of ​​responsibility, thwarted at dawn on Thursday a drug smuggling attempt using a drone, in coordination with with security bodies and the Anti-Narcotics Department (AND), a responsible military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF)- Arab Army announced.

The drone was detected and tracked and the rules of engagement were applied, and the drone was successfully intercepted and brought down inside Jordan.
