Jordanian expatriate remittances rise to $605.8 million in two months

Ammon News - Jordanian expatriate remittances increased by 2.0% during the first two months of 2025, compared to the same period in 2024.

The value of remittances reached approximately $605.8 million, compared to $593.8 million during the same period in 2024, which reflects the continued contribution of Jordanians working abroad to the national economy through the inflow of foreign currency, according to officcial data.

This growth is a positive indicator reflecting expatriates' confidence in the national economy, their continued role in strengthening foreign exchange reserves, and supporting Jordanian families amid changing global economic conditions.
