Ammon News - The Israeli occupation aggression on the city and refugee camp of Jenin has entered its 84th day, with homes being bulldozed and burned, and others being converted into military barracks.

On Monday morning, occupation forces detained two young men from the town of Yamoun after storming the town and raiding homes there.

The ccupation soldiers also raided and searched homes in the town of Kafr Dan, west of Jenin.

On Sunday , Israeli occupation forces deployed infantry units around Al-Amal Hospital and Al-Rabi' Building on Al-Mahta Street, raiding several buildings in the area.

The other day, Israeli occupation forces also stormed the city's industrial zone, seizing a vehicle and interrogating its owner. In the village of Jalbun, east of Jenin, Israeli occupation forces fired tear gas during their raid on the village on Sunday.

According to Jenin Governor Kamal Abu al-Rub, the number of displaced persons has reached 21,000, distributed throughout the governorate. There are 6,000 displaced persons in the city, 3,200 in the Arab American University dormitories, and 4,181 in Burqin.

Abu al-Rub stated that meetings are ongoing with the government and relevant ministries to provide mobile homes for the displaced in Jenin. A plan has been approved to bring in 200 mobile homes in the first phase to accommodate the displaced.

Meanwhile, the occupation forces continue to send military reinforcements and armored vehicles into the city and camp, deploying D10 bulldozers from the Jalameh military checkpoint to the camp's perimeter, and deploying infantry forces in the Ghabz area surrounding the camp and the Wadi Burqin area. They also open and expand roads, alter the camp's landscape, and demolish civilian homes.

The occupation forces continue their military training around the Jalameh military checkpoint, north of Jenin, where they occasionally fire live ammunition into the vicinity of the empty Jenin camp. WAFA
