Ammon News - Minister of Culture Mustafa Rawashdeh said that the ministry, along with the ministries and national institutions involved in the Flag Day campaign, which falls on April 16, have developed various programs to celebrate this national occasion, with its emotional and patriotic symbolism befitting this day.
A national plan has also been prepared to celebrate Flag Day in the capital, all governorates, and in both public and private sectors.
This year's Flag Day celebration is a national occasion that consolidates the symbolism of the Jordanian flag and its national connotations. On this day, Jordanians recall the meanings of sacrifice and redemption that our fathers and grandfathers made so that the flag would remain proud.
The national plan, coordinated between all ministries and national institutions, includes the implementation of field and media activities and programs that reflect and emphasize the values of pride and loyalty, and that instill the flag in the visual landscape and in societal behavior across the Kingdom's governorates.
