Ammon News - A person, who caused the death of a citizen in a brawl in Amman's Qweismeh area turned himself in to the Preventive Security agents.

In a statement Saturday, the media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) said a brawl broke out in Qweismeh neighborhood Friday evening, involving a group of people following a momentary dispute.

The incident led to death of a person, who was accidentally shot at the outbreak of the brawl, while 3 others were injured.

The spokesperson said the body was transferred to the forensic medicine department, and the injured were taken to Al-Bashir Governmental Hospital.

During investigation, the spokesperson confirmed that the suspect turned himself in to the police, while the firearm was seized and a probe is ongoing to identify circumstances of the brawl and arrest all involved parties.
