Ammon News - The Israeli occupation authorities denied the occurrence of a security incident or infiltration south of the Dead Sea, on Sunday, after a suspected security threat near the border with Jordan.

A spokesman for the Israeli occupation army stated that after extensive searches carried out by security forces in the area south of the Dead Sea, the suspicion of a security incident or infiltration in the area was ruled out.

The suspicion arose following the identification of a suspect near the border fence, but after extensive examinations it was found that he did not pose a security threat.
