The Russian space agency Roscosmos said in a statement: "On the day of Science Day in Russia (February 8), the master's thesis was defended in space! The topic of the scientific research of cosmonaut and student Ivan Vagner is "improving the efficiency of the activities of organizations and institutions in the public sector by making further efforts to master the process of selecting personnel."
