Ammon News - Specialized rescue teams from the Karak Civil Defense Directorate were able to rescue eight people of Arab nationality who were swept away by rainwater at dawn on Thursday.
The Director of Karak Civil Defense said that specialized rescue teams responded to the notice received about the family that was flooded by rainwater, and the teams immediately moved to the site, and walked about 3 km on foot, due to the rugged terrain and the formation of mud and silt. They were able to reach the trapped people and evacuate them using special rescue equipment and secure them, and their general condition is good.
