Two companies involved in 25,000 kilograms of expired meat

Nizar Mahidat, Director General of the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), said that people (Facilities owners) involved in the case of seizing about 25,000 kilograms of expired meat were referred on Tuesday to the Public Prosecutor.

Mahidat told Al-Mamlaka TV that the process of seizing expired meat began with a security tip two weeks ago, and there are two companies involved in the case, while the price of the seized meat reaches JD30 per kilogram.
