Ammon News - Secretary-General of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO), Hussein Shibli, said that His Majesty King Abdullah II ordered on Tuesday to provide all support to the brothers in the Gaza Strip.
In a press conference held on Tuesday, Shibli added that His Majesty the King ordered the construction of additional warehouses for the JHCO, the possibility of supplying a number of aid trucks, and securing larger materials than the aid sent to the brothers.
Shibli explained that His Majesty the King supervised the preparation of the largest aid convoy to Gaza, consisting of 120 trucks, and it will be sent to the Gaza Strip on Tuesday.
245 people in the Gaza Strip benefited from the prosthetic limbs installation initiative, he noted.
His Majesty King Abdullah II arrived on Tuesday afternoon at the warehouses of the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) in the Al-Ghabawi area in Zarqa Governorate, and witnessed the preparation of the largest aid convoy heading to the Gaza Strip.
January 10, 2025 marks the 35th anniversary of the founding of the JHCO, which was established in 1990 under a lofty royal vision aimed at promoting charitable and humanitarian work in Jordan and the world.
