Ammon News - A man has plunged to his death from a balcony in front of horrified families at a busy shopping centre.

The shopping centre, which is in the United Kingdom, was closed while emergency services rushed to the scene on Friday.

They had been called by Christmas shoppers who saw a man fall from an upper level at around 9pm, just as the building was about to close for the night.

He was sadly pronounced dead at the scene and police said it is not being treated as suspicious.

West Midlands Police said officers were called to the scene but the man passed away despite their best efforts.
