CBJ issues second treasury bonds worth $110 million

Ammon News - On behalf of the government, the Central Bank of Jordan (CBJ) announced on Monday, the issuance of the second issue of Jordanian Treasury Bonds (in US dollars) for the year 2024, worth $110 million.
The maturity date for the current issue is November 12, 2029, while the bank indicated that the settlement date is Tuesday, November 12, 2024, according to the CBJ's data.
The issue size is $110 million, and the CBJ accepts all submitted applications, according to the multiple price auction method, as the bank explained that the highest acceptable interest rate is 6.55% annually.
