Royal Jordanian resumes flights to Libyan capital Tripoli

Ammon News - Samer Majali, the CEO of Royal Jordanian, announced that the airline has restarted its flights to Tripoli, the capital of Libya, on Wednesday, following a break of over a decade.

Majali also mentioned that Royal Jordanian currently runs three weekly flights to Tripoli and is aiming to boost the flight frequency to the Libyan capital in the upcoming period.

Majali stated that Royal Jordanian is set to begin flying to Benghazi soon, with three weekly flights scheduled.

Majali emphasized that Royal Jordanian is hopeful that the recommencement of flights between Jordan and Libya will boost trade and tourism, with a focus on medical tourism.
