Ice Cream Day

Ammon News - Every year, the third Sunday in July "July 21" is officially designated as National Ice Cream Day, an annual celebration of the country’s favorite frozen treat.

The celebration dates back to 1984 when President Reagan decreed that July should be National Ice Cream month. He described the frozen delight as ‘’a nutritious and wholesome food enjoyed by over 90% of the people in the United States.’’
