Ammon News - Judge Frank Caprio, dubbed the 'nicest judge in the world', has shared an exciting health update amidst his battle with pancreatic cancer.

Caprio, who stars in the court reality tv show 'Caught in Providence,' is loved by viewers for the compassion he shows defendants in the courtroom, has announced he has completed his treatment for pancreatic cancer.

The 87-year-old rang the bell at Baptist Health Miami Cancer Institute to celebrate completing his cancer treatment.

'I rang the bell and am on my way to happy days,' the judge said in a social media post Friday. 'My treatment's done, this course is run, and I am on my way.'

A video on the hospital's Instagram page shows him surrounded by cheering medical staff with Coldplay's 'Adventure of a Lifetime' playing in the background.
