The head of the syndicate, Nahar Al-Saidat, said that the demand for kerosene has increased by 20% above the normal rate since the impact of the depression began, while the demand for diesel has remained at its normal levels.
The demand for domestic gas reached approximately 200,000 cylinders per day, he added.
