Ammon News - Flights between Amman and Yemen's capital Sanaa continue to be organized at a rate of 6 flights per week, despite the United States launching strikes on Houthi targets in Yemen, according to Captain Haitham Misto, Chief Commissioner of the Jordanian Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC).

Masto explained that the 6 flights are operated by Yemeni Airlines aircraft.

The Houthis in Yemen announced that Sanaa and the cities of Hudaydah and Saada were subjected to strikes by US and British forces, according to what was published on the official website of the Ansar Allah Houthi movement on Telegram.

The US Department of Defense (the Pentagon) announced last October 19 that a US destroyer shot down three surface-to-surface missiles and several drones launched by the Houthis in Yemen, “and they were likely directed at targets in Israel,” in the Red Sea.
