Ammon News - A number of Arab foreign ministers and the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization began a joint meeting with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in Amman to affirm the Arab position calling for an immediate ceasefire and the immediate and urgent delivery of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip.

The meeting, which includes Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi, the Foreign Ministers of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, and the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization, will discuss all the repercussions and ways to end this dangerous deterioration that threatens the security of the entire region.

The Arab foreign ministers participating in the meeting and the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization held a coordination meeting prior to their meeting with Blinken in the context of their efforts aimed at stopping the Israeli war on Gaza and the humanitarian catastrophe it is causing.
