Ammon News - Jordan anticipates moderate weather conditions on Wednesday, with most regions experiencing mild temperatures while the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba will be relatively hot. Clouds at medium altitudes are expected, accompanied by moderate southeast winds, meteorologists predicted.
As per the Jordan Meteorological Department's forecast, a slight rise in temperatures is projected for Thursday, surpassing the average by approximately (5-7) degrees Celsius. Generally, the weather will be relatively hot, with medium-level clouds and moderate southeast winds that may occasionally become active.
Looking ahead to Friday, the weather will remain relatively hot throughout the country, marked by the presence of clouds at medium and high altitudes. The prevailing winds will be moderate and southeast, occasionally stirring up dust in the desert areas.
Saturday will witness a slight drop in mercury levels, resulting in mild weather prevailing across most regions of the Kingdom. However, the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba will still experience relatively hot conditions, with moderate northwest winds.
Today’s peak temperatures will be between 28 and 30 degrees Celsius in Amman and various highlands throughout the Kingdom, with lows of 16C or even 14C in the southern highlands at night. The Gulf city of Aqaba will have sweltering weather, with highs of 35C and lows of 24C.
