The Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said that the weather on Sunday evening will be cold over the high mountains, and pleasant in the rest of the regions, with the continued presence of quantities of clouds at different altitudes. There is a possibility of light and scattered showers of rain in parts of the north of the Kingdom and limited parts of the central regions, with moderate northwesterly winds, the JMD added in its daily weather bulletin. The JMD also warned of low horizontal visibility due to fog in the early morning hours over high mountain heights and some plains areas as well as the risk of slipping on roads in areas that witness rainfall.
