During the trial session, defense representatives presented various defenses and objections before addressing the substance of the case. In light of the rest of the defense attorneys taking the time to present their clients’ defenses and objections in an upcoming session, the court decided to grant their request and postpone consideration of the case until Tuesday 9/26/2023.

Ammon News - The State Security Court (SSC) held Wednesday the first trial session in the case related to smuggling weapons with the intention of using them illegally, in which MP Emad Adwan and 13 co-defendants, in the presence of all the defendants and their defense agents.

During the trial session, defense representatives presented various defenses and objections before addressing the substance of the case.

In light of the rest of the defense attorneys taking the time to present their clients’ defenses and objections in an upcoming session, the court decided to grant their request and postpone consideration of the case until Tuesday 9/26/2023.
