Attempt to smuggle explosives from Jordan to West Bank foiled, occupation army claims

Ammon News - Israeli occupation army forces claimed earlier this week that it foiled an attempt to smuggle explosive devices over the Jordanian border, believed bound to the West Bank, according to Walla news.

Occupation army forces located a suspicious bag on the border. Upon further inspection, it was revealed to contain six explosive devices, according to Hebrew media reports.

The incident follows recent attempts to smuggle Iranian-made explosive devices, which appear to be knockoffs of the American Claymore mine, over the Jordan border and into Israel and the West Bank, the times of Israel Hebrew newspaper added.
