Home Jordan News GAM intends to acquire land through immediate possession 04-09-2023 10:05 AM Ammon News - The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) announced, Monday, its intention to submit a request to the Cabinet to issue a decision to expropriate and seize, by means of immediate possession, many areas of plots of land, for the purpose of merging them with the obstacles and facilities on them in the capacity of the public street, as well as giving up some areas. This came in accordance with the provisions of Articles (179, 181, 182, 183, 204, 205) of the Real Estate Property Law No. (13) of 2019, after the lapse of 15 days from the date of publication of the special advertisement in these lands in local newspapers, the GAM confirmed.

Ammon News - The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) announced, Monday, its intention to submit a request to the Cabinet to issue a decision to expropriate and seize, by means of immediate possession, many areas of plots of land, for the purpose of merging them with the obstacles and facilities on them in the capacity of the public street, as well as giving up some areas.

This came in accordance with the provisions of Articles (179, 181, 182, 183, 204, 205) of the Real Estate Property Law No. (13) of 2019, after the lapse of 15 days from the date of publication of the special advertisement in these lands in local newspapers, the GAM confirmed.
