Ammon News - Egyptian Minister of Trade and Industry Ahmed Samir stressed the importance of the complementary industrial partnership between Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain and the UAE in promoting joint cooperation and achieving Arab industrial integration.

Samir gave his remarks in a meeting on Sunday with Bahrain's Ambassador to Egypt, Fawzia bint Abdulla Zainal.

The meeting dealt with ways to strengthen and develop trade, industrial and investment cooperation between the two countries, developments in the global economic situation and a number of issues and files of common interest.

Both officials called for driving economic relations between member states of the Integrative Industrial Partnership to distinct levels that benefit the peoples of the brotherly countries.
