Ammon News - The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) announced, Sunday, the reduction of all items of (unpaid) building licensing fees, including violations and parking fees, by 50%.

For violations of setbacks and size of existing structures constructed before March 21, 2005, the percentage goes over 75%, and for violations of existing buildings constructed before March 21, 2005, it reaches 82.5%.

The decision will continue for three years from the date of issuance of this amended system, i.e. starting from June 16, 2022, in accordance with Clause (Second) of Article No. (6) of Regulation No. (38) for the year 2022 (amending the Building and Organization Regulation in the City of Amman No. 28 of 2018).
