Ammon News - The Energy and Minerals Regulatory Commission (EMRC) has sealed a cooperation agreement with Balador, a company that offers a cloud-based customer flow management app, to bolster the utilization of the Commission's electronic platform. The move seeks to expedite service delivery, optimize operational efficiency, and streamline processes within the commission.
According to a statement by EMRC on Monday, the deal was signed by Ziyad Saaida, EMRC Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, and Hussam Al-Qadi, CEO of Balador commercial department.
Saaida said that such a collaboration serves as a significant addition to the management of services provided by the commission, by digitizing them. Additionally, he indicated that the Balador app can now be downloaded for free on smartphones and tablets, allowing users to access top-notch services either electronically or by booking an appointment in advance, saving time and effort and eliminating the need to wait in long queues or crowded service areas.
Furthermore, users can attach required documents beforehand to obtain faster service delivery across all sectors regulated by the EMRC.
Emphasizing the importance of the agreement, he said that it would improve the service delivery experience and achieve the best utilization of available resources. This move aligns with the economic modernization vision to promote digital transformation in government services.
The Balador app boasts an artificial intelligence-powered system that can calculate the estimated time for customers to reach their turn with the responsible employee based on the number of people present at the service delivery location. This innovative feature aims to revolutionize the service delivery process and enhance the customer experience in a distinctive and improved way.
