The Director of Aqaba Health, Dr. Jamal Obeidat, confirmed to Ammon that the citizen and the tourist came to the center at 7:21 am, and in the normal situation, the government's working hours begin at eight in the morning, but the center operates 24 hours a day, which enabled the tourist to receive treatment.

He explained that the doctor’s residence doctor house above was alerted and the doctor came from the residence and treated the tourist.

Obeidat said that the health center is a primary center and the origin of it is to operate from eight in the morning until four in the afternoon, but the Minister of Health decided that it should be 24 hours a day, so the center works all the time, although it is located in an area where there is no population pressure.

Obeidat denounced the publication of the video, calling it misleading.
